This is the first time that Kyocera Mita and ELO have collaborated on co-branded software. Both companies operate throughout Europe using indirect distribution channels via specialist business partners. The bundled offering is totally compatible with Kyocera devices, and also accommodates other products and services within a network environment.

AUTOMATED DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND ARCHIVING.

Finding a solution that meets their requirements, and paying for licences they may never use, has inevitably made some companies hesitant in purchasing a document archiving system. The Kyocera-ELOoffice 7.0 SMB addressed these issues, and offers customers the benefits of efficient document workflows at a justifiable cost. The SMB version allows simultaneous access to three users within a network at any one time. The solution is expandable to allow additional users simultaneous access by purchasing a Kyocera-ELOoffice 7.0 OEM version.


Kyocera-ELOoffice 7.0 SMB features four archives with a capacity of 2,000 documents each. Should this limit ever be reached, an OEM version marketed by Kyocera authorised Business Partners will offer 1 up to 20 users space for 200,000 documents in each of four archives. Kyocera-ELOoffice 7.0 SMB has all the necessary features to enhance corporate scanning and archiving processes.
