Kyocera Mita opnår ISO 14001 certificering |

16. juni 2008 Samtlige salgsafdelinger i Europa og Sydafrika har opnået den internationale miljøstandard certificering; ISO 14001.
Med ISO 14001 certificeringen får Kyocera Mita’s europæiske organisation, herunder den danske afdeling, en officiel blåstempling af sine arbejdsprocesser og procedurer.
Salgsafdelingerne i følgende lande har opnået certificeringen pr. 1 marts 2008: Tyskland, Italien, Spanien, Portugal, Frankrig, Holland, Belgien, Storbritannien, Danmark, Sverige, Norge, Finland, Schweiz, Østrig og Sydafrika. ISO 14001 certificeringer i salgsafdelingerne er med til at understrege Kyocera Mita’s miljøbeskyttelsespolitik. Alle Kyocera Mita fabrikker opererer allerede med ISO14001 certificering.
Kyocera Mita’s research har gennem en årrække været fokuseret på at fremstille miljøvenlige produkter, såsom det tonerkassettefrie ECOSYS system, som kun kræver ét forbrugsstof - selve toneren - og anvender komponenter med lang levetid.
Flere Kyocera Mita produkter har modtaget miljøudmærkelser, såsom 'Blue Angel''– den mest prestigefyldte miljøudmærkelse i Tyskland, og det tilsvarende nordiske Svanemærket “Nordic Swan”. |

| KYOCERA Corporation announced that it has successfully developed the new KLE Series thermal printhead for desktop card printers used to print onto rigid materials such as ID cards and credit cards. The new printhead is capable of 300-dpi, full-color, high-resolution printing at 50mm per second — the industry’s highest speed*1 for this type of printhead. The company started mass production March 1, 2010. |
